recently published (2026) this is my second collection of poems and art. here I explore the role creativity plays in my life as I continue to navigate living with Parkinson’s Disease.

My first book, Painted Words (published in 2022)—is a collection of poems I wrote, exploring my humanness as I work to reclaim my artistic voice and navigate a challenging diagnosis —with positivity and perseverance.
